    Frequently asked questions

    Can I do this course when I’m not a vagina owner?

    Unfortunately not, in the future there will be courses for men and couples as well.

    Can I do this course when I have (had) severe sexual trauma?

    Only when you’ve had some kind of trauma therapy before. Then this course can help you to rediscover pleasure and let go of the remnants of stored trauma in your yoni. If you have experienced severe sexual trauma and you’ve had not some form of live counseling or therapy for this, I’d recommend to look for someone in your area who has EMDR in their therapy skill set.

    What is the exact time investment?

    For each week of the course there will be about 2 to 2.5 hours of live video calls, approximately 1 hour of reading, plus about 5 weekly 30 minutes of personal practices.  Don’t worry if this seems like a fast pace for you, you can always catch up later with the replays.

    Do I need tools or toys?

    Yes, you need a yoni egg and a string for the yoni egg. I’d recommend a Nephrite Jade Egg or Obsidian, a glass egg is also ok. The egg NEEDS to have a hole drilled on the narrow side of the egg, so that we can attach a string. For string I’d recommend organic unflavored and unwaxed (only beeswax is still ok) dental floss.

    Do I need anything else?

    Next to a yoni egg and string for the yoni egg, you need some unscented natural oil or lube. A good oil to use on the vulva and in the vagina is coconut oil, but almond or jojoba oil can be used as well. Only use unscented natural oils on the vulva and vagina.
